Book Began Shipping on Tuesday Aug. 25, 2009

The new book IS HERE.

ALL books that have were ordered prior to August 23, 2009, have now been shipped. All books purchased after that date will be packaged and shipped later today (Aug. 27).

If you are a U.S. customer, you should probably receive your book by Saturday (Friday if we get lucky!). I want to emphasize that I have worked non-stop to sign and ship all pre-ordered books since the shipment arrived Tuesday afternoon. I do apologize for the long wait it has been, but at least I can now say that your book is truly in transit to you.

I am informed that international orders will take one or two weeks. Sorry about the vaguery here, but this is what the postal authorities have told me.
